On a phone, choosing Rename from a document’s ⋮ menu sometimes took two tries — the first tap opened the name for editing and closed it again at once, unless the document was already the selected one. It now works on the first tap, every time.
The arrow at the bottom-right of the phone formatting bar is there to push the keyboard back down, but it also showed while no keyboard was up and did nothing there. It now appears only while the keyboard is open.
How to use it
Open the binder on your phone, tap the ⋮ on any document, folder or sheet, and choose Rename. The name becomes editable straight away — type the new title and tap ↵ or Done on the keyboard.
Double-tapping a name to rename it still works for folders and chapters. A single tap on a scene or a sheet opens it, so on a phone use the ⋮ menu to rename those.
Tap into a document to bring the keyboard up: the ⌄ arrow appears at the right end of the formatting bar and tucks the keyboard away when you tap it. With the keyboard down, the arrow is gone.
